The Buyer/Investor Seminar (01) is scheduled to be completed over a 4 weekday evenings.

The Buyer/Investor Seminar (02) is scheduled to be completed over a 2 consecutive weekends.

Each complete seminar schedule will consist of approximately a total of 8 – 10 hours of class time, plus it will also entail actual property viewing, reviewing, and work-up, to give you the hands on experience to start down the path of becoming a seasoned Investor/Rehabber. Our goal is to give you a complete overview of the processes, let you get hands on with the processes, support you with our knowledge and experiences, so you can eliminate your fear to proceed with your first project.
